Return Policy
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA use our contact form.
- RMA numbers are valid for thirty (30) days and void thereafter unless the 30 days exceeds allowed product return time.
- Returned items must be shipped prepaid in the original container and packing materials, with the associated accessories and manuals.
- You are responsible for insuring any product shipped or returned and assume the risk of lost packages. The RMA number must be clearly printed on packing slip and on the exterior-shipping container. All products must be sent in secured, original packaging to avoid any shipping damages.
- Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
- Lumenlab is not responsible for and will not accept any returned product without an assigned RMA number.
- Items damaged due to lack of proper care and maintenance are not the responsibility of Lumenlab.
Some items carry their own specialized return policy. Some items are returned to companies other than Lumenlab. These items wil be clearly marked on the product page. You can also view them here.
Refunds and Store Credits
To return an item for a refund you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within seven (7) days of receipt. We'll refund your original purchase after we receive your returned product. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Items may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of receipt.
