Shopping
Orders may be placed through our secure online store. We accept alll major credit cards, Paypal and eChecks. Purchase Orders can be used for established clients.
Shipping
We ship via FedEx or USPS. Most items are shipped in 1-3 business days from the time you order. Items which take longer are marked on the item page. Some items are made to order and can take up to 8 weeks.
International orders may be charged customs or duties fees upon entry to your country. Lumenlab can not control or be held responsible for these fees.
Warranty and Returns
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns are accepted for 14 days after shipping as long as the item is in new and unused condition. Please contact us before sending a return. Some items carry longer warranties and are warranted by their manufacturer, these are marked on the item page.
