Absolutely must be "hard coded" into the LL "mind".
elken2004
That is the perfect reference, and also explains the PRO lens and what is happening etc too... Perfect.......
Durachko
It is possible that a few pro lenses have some issues. Members elken2004 and DAZZZLA boldly went where no man had gone before and tweaked their lenses.

Details of this may be found here. (Link also added to first post in this topic.)

LumenLab eBallast @!insert here@!!!!!!

eballast
Weight: 7lbs
Dimensions: 8.75"x4"x3"

DIDNT SEE IT IN THE THREAD BUT THOUGHT IT SHOULD BE ADDED:
fresnels should be cut (if you are cuting them) 20mm to 30mm larger than the viewable lcd. Because on the egde of the cut you get some kind of different refration. Heres tescorps guide to cuting them. http://www.lumenlab.com/forums/index.php?s...111&st=120# here is the same link but is renamed. FRESNEL CUTING GUIDE

also maybe you can add some thing about the ''glowies'' issue. If you need help i can just ask.

THANKS Durachko YOUR THREAD IS GERRRRRRRRRRATEEEEEEEEEE!
Durachko
Thank you, thank you, all-seeing-eyeball. I'll incorporate that info into page one sometime.
Durachko
Incorporated JackyChan's suggestions from above.

Jacky: Great idea about glowies. Would you care to write something up and post it here or create a new topic and I'll link it? Whichever you want. Your contributions are very, very welcome and much appreciated.

HDTV via HTPC is much better than other video sources.
One side of LCD affords better result than another, which is a drawback to lumenlab design. (some people don't believe me or are reluctant to admit this.)
The tempered glass is not necessary when the room temperature is below 80F.
A precondensor lens may help the brightness and even lighting.
Keep things simple, vertical, parallel, alligned. Don't use your eyes only, use tools.
Only use first surface mirror.
The distance between lenses, glasses needs to be adjusted, don't get it fixed according to calculations.
These are I learned from building two projectors.
[/quoteHelp! I can't get a FS Mirror. Will using a regular glass mirror totally ruin it? (I am in India and mirror guys haven't heard of FS Mirrors yet. They asked to check back by 2050).

edit: The dangers of nyquil

QUOTE (Durachko @ Jun 30 2006, 09:53 AM) *
Comparison of light spillage at rear of triplet before and after antiglare removal (courtesy GadgetSmith).

As these pictures are from what can be perceived as two different paradigms let alone the angle of the triplet its hard to tell what your looking at, or exactly what your looking for.

If your of like mind and have some time you may study the photos in eager anticipation awaiting that ever elusive epiphany or "A HA! " if you will.

What epiphany? Why the very one we all seek - the one of discover and understanding. What understanding can be had at the expense of the readers time and server storage, not to mention the time it take to put this to keyboard?
What we have at hand is a Shakespearian drama perhaps a sad end to our protagonist or perhaps a glorious awakening as it emerges fresh from the cocoon free from the chains placed upon its potential.

Only time will tell, and that too is based upon your paradigm. I perceive that the risk of ag strip may not be worth the risk, ah but wait, with greater risk come greater reward you say? Perhaps, however I already have my reward a working projector and as for the risk?

Having gone over the pictures I perceive no more then this; I perceive a triplet who photo was taken from what appears to be different angles and any light spillage will be moot at that point. Appearances may be deceiving however perception is 99% of our reality, which are focused though our paradigms - which are the lenses through which we perceive reality and make it our own.

What can be had at the expense of all involved? Education, learning and the knowlage that to each thier own paradigms are correct and with out fault - so in the end you are both correct.
