Someone with expertise... Please look at my drawing and verify measurements / design... I understand that the Lens is flipped according to Dazzzla...

Take a look at my Cone Drawing... It is for a 90" Diagonal w/ Unsplit Fresnels... I have a 20mm Air Gap between the fresnels and LCD... The Fresnels are ~40mm wider than the LCD to compensate for the convergence angle... extra light will be masked by the LCD Frame... my concern from the beginning was the fact that such a small cone was hitting the triplet... Do all the measurements look correct? I used your calculator for this... What do you think?

The FL of the triplet is 500mm, so the triplet should be about 500mm from the LCD then adjust the frenels to match the 650mm FL of the fresnels isn't a hard number we are not focusing with the fresnels but gathering and directing light. so mov the triplet back

The Fresnels are blue and the LCD is in front of it... 595mm from the middle of triplet... This was from Dazzzla's Calc... for a 90" diagonal from 17" Panel... That is what the calculator says the distance should be from the LCD to triplet... The Fresnel distance hinges on the LCD distance in an unsplit config does it not? Take a look again and see what I am getting at...

Anyone else???

Looks good to me. The light cone doesn’t entirely fill the triplet but this doesn’t take into account the size of the arc. And the arc can always be moved slightly to compensate for spillage.
