I'm finally feeling like I'm getting somewhere, so I'll post some progress pics. I'm doing a regular 15" from a Dell LCD and a Venture T15. Stripping the LCD went well, no FCC, I even did AG removal fine with only one self-inflicted scratch. I made an adjustable MH mount using Aluminum.

E153FPf it's a samsung inside and looks like alot of the more recent Dells.
