what is TO hot for a psone lcd? right now in testing (without the lcd in place) the area where the lcd will be is at 86F should i get it down lower ?

100 degrees would be too hot, at 86 you are fine.

The maximum is generally stated a 105ºF, at that point the Liquid crystal turns black, it will return to clear once cooled. This supposedly shouldn't cause long term harm, but who wants to risk thier LCD. Lower is always better so try and keep it to 95-100.
