My hat is off to you on your abilities.

I built a "Routzilla" this summer from plans I bought from crankorgan.com. I have had more fun with this machine than I ever thought posible. It is truly a hobby in itself. There are times I could use a larger machine and I am thinking I would like to build yours. What cutting area is required to cut out your parts? With a few mods, I could cut 15 X 27.

The Long Y Axis Rib support pieces at almost 42" long, I guess you ould cut them shorter and use three the length of it bu stager them so the joint butts would not be on the same cross piece. However the other run on the Y axis are 28.7" and the x axis gantry cross pieces are 34.5". but like i said before with a little thinking you could splice some of them together, altho it is possible it can weaken it some.
