Probably mid to late 07 or 08 would be my guess. I hope they don't make my eyes hurt like regular CRTs do after a few hours of use. I wonder what resolution capabilities they will have..hopefully at least LCD, if not better. Also, I'm a little startled that they are scrapping the 42" alltogether for the initial release, I would think they would want to grab some of that market as well as the big TV market. I guess the early adopters are the ones with the cash, so may as well make them spend as much as you can.

The prototypes are doing 720p at the moment and they're planning for 1080p screens later in the year. Bound to cost big $$

That looks like some sweet stuff. Says it could potentially be mass-produced cheaper than plasma and LCD TVs? That is kind of interesting if it is true.
