LOL.. im an idiot.. there were a few black specks on my LL triplet and i saw that the back ring came off.. so i took apart the triplet to clean it..

But while i was distracted by the fancinating peices of glass that made up the triplet i forgot to note the order and direction they go in..

I know which one goes to the front of the triplet and its direction..

But i have 2 other lenses that i need to know the order of..

First ones the fat one in the middle, Concave on both sides (shallower concave on one side)
and the last one is the one that goes at the back of the triplet, Convex on both sides (again less convex, flatter , on one side)

Can someone tell me which way the last 2 lenses go?

I think it goes

Convex-Concave |Spacer| Concave Shallow-Concave Deep |Spacer| Convex Deep-Convex Shallow

Is this correct? I hope someone understands and can help me.. i dont wanna have to buy a new triplet.

Try it. If it doesn’t work correctly turn one lens around and test it again. It should only take you 4 tries to see which is the best position.

Short story, this is what I had to do too, but be careful...don't drop the housing and dent it. It would make screwing back the ring quite painful or impossible.
