Hi.

Just received the mega kit from L.L. to build 15" proj.

Wondering if I can mount bulb at 45deg without degradation.

Reason: New bulb has arc center at 8" from mogul bottom which would mean box would have to be at least 16" width if the bulb was mounted horizontally.

Yes, you can mount the LL bulb at 45 degrees. That is exactly how I had it originally, but found it was more difficult to line the center of the bulb with the center of the rear fresnel.
