My family's company designs and sells wood / metal working tooling. So if any of you guys need spirals and such let me know.

I always wondered, I have 3- 1/4" two flute upspiral endmills that neew sharpening, How do you sharpen them without loosing the 1/4" dia. and accuracy of them?

Well when you sharpen them they do get smaller. That is why most cnc software allows you to change the Dia. of the Bit. You can sharpen each bit afew times b4 they get to small. As for the accuracy of them. We use the same machine the manufacture uses to make them. We have a big 5 axis Cnc Tool Grinder.

I have been getting the 1/4" 2 flute carbide for 13.99....

Well i could match that price. But there would be shipping cost involved. Unless my bit cut longer it wouldnt be worth it for you to change. But if you want to try out a diffrent bit let me know.

I also sell carbide profile router bits if anyone wants to buy any.
