laugh.gif okay here goes - broke down lcd and all - horrible mounting brackets - just a plain out rigged - a - ified - projector - but aleast I know what to do right next time

what happened to your lcd man ?
did it brake during building, or after using the pj ?

during building - well repositioning - I did get one good night out of it though

Sorry to see that misfortune man. That screen look all to familiar to me man - I was just talking to a Samsung tech support guy yesterday regarding a similar situation and his take was that when you see those lines it's usually a good indication of a bad cable or bad connection and not the panel itself; he boldly said that panels very very rarely die. In my case he told me that I may have stretched a cable or there is a loose connection somewhere on one or more cables connected to the main board, especially the one connecting to the panel itself. Of course it could so many number of things in your case that may be bad, but I thought I'd share this piece of info becauce I have seen those dreaded lines on lcd's before, including laptops'.

ya know what though - i also have the samsung - and it has these 3 weird tabs on the side of the panel and i am pretty sure that i messed one of those up

yup that bad boy came out of a microwave - its awesome - no heat issues in my box - haha - its ugly - but as long as the picute is good i dont to much care what the box looks like - plus the fan is straight 110.

Sorry about your lcd sad.gif I bet with that fan you don't need to use the AC in your house tongue.gif I think if you put some wings on your box it will fly biggrin.gif Great work.

hehe yeah - i cant wait to get another lcd - but gotta get the funds up - hopefully i can post some new and improved pics of my pj in about a month - yeah the jigsaw kinda go out of control when i was cutting that circle - i really hate power tools - hope that comment does not effect my man hood - no worries though - i will eventually get it right - measure once cut twice thats my motto

haha - you will see soon enough i will have the badest pj ever - it will be able to hover above the ground so i wont have to sit it on a table - from the brute force of my fan - my fan is striaght up the badest thing you have ever seen - admit it.
