I plan on duplicating Joe's aluminum projo, just wanted to make sure I had all my parts either in stock or on order. If you can think of anything please let me know.

1x Ushio 400w bulb
1x 400 HPS ballast
1x Dual focus fresnel (Will split when I cut to size)
1x 320mm Triplet lens
1x 10" by 12" Tempered glass, no logo
4x 10" by 12" plain glass, no logo
1x 12 by 12 mirror (home depot)
1x 120mm fan (radio shack)
1x BenQ FP557 (awaiting info about refurbs coming back)
1x Norpro bowl 1.5qt (will be ordering once Lamps gets them in stock)
A shit ton of metal flashing smile.gif
Random switchs and electrical wiring

If anyone can think of anything else let me, I just want to have everything in hand by the time my LCD arrives.

Thanks
Squeeky

the mirror i got today is 1/16" thick, got a thinner mirror to help aid in the final image and have less glass it has to bounce through altho 1/8" should work just fine for you, i could not resist from getting it because it only cost $4.33 from glass shop and i got it 14"x14" so it will rest on frame i will take a pic and post it in my thread..

Oh yea don't forget the mogel base socket for bulb.

A shit ton of metal flashing

Maybe just need a half a shit ton

All I can think of is little stuff like:
-Hinges-not for sure how Joe's opens and if you even need them
-Strip of metal to hold Mogul socket (unless you're using sheet metal)
-Wire connections of some sort (solder, wire nuts, barrier strip, etc)
-Surge protector (at least I'm using one) not to protect my box from surges but to protect my homes electrical lines from my box biggrin.gif
-2x Extension cord- one to run to the box the other one to cut up to use the wires for connecting all your components (much cheaper than buying spools of cable)
-6pk leading up to the LCD, come back down from the buzz then continue with LCD
-10A fuse for Small Prong from plug to Ballast wiring IN connection

Uhh and that's all I can think of for now blink.gif
