Make sure the grooves of your fresnels are facing each other.

and it looks like you might have the fresnels reversed, make sure the 220 is closest to the bulb.... and check that the bulb is the correct distance from the rear fresnel...that pic looks like mine when the rear is too far away from the bulb

You really need to hold your camera steady when taking pics.
Was there any improvement at all? Can you take a pic of the back of your triplet to see if there is any spillage? Try moving the triplet closer or further away from thew LCD to see if you can get a full screen. It will be out of focus but it may tell us where the problem may be. A pic of the inside of the box may help as well.

Also, and this was mentioned earlier, did you check to make sure that your fresnel grooves are facing the right direction?

also, my arc/fresnel distance is actully about 8" for best eveness of light, try moving the bulb closer a little
to summarize:
1) double check to make sure the fresnels are in the correct order(even if you're positive they're right ;-)
2) make sure the grooves face each other
3) move the bulb both closer and further to the fresnel (center of the bulb may get to 8" close to the fresnel, depends on size of preojection)
set the camera down on a book or something solid and just press down on the shutter. might help the picture
