Hello,

My LCD flickers and gets lines accross the screen when the bulb is on, if I disconnect the bulb and just shine a flash light through it there is no distortion of the image. This happens both while the bulb is warming up and while it is fully running. Any ideas?

Using:

S400DD + E Ballast, and Hyundai L72S

Are your Lcd cables and Ballast wiring close together?

They need to be as far away from each other as possible.

They were on the same terminal strip, which happened to be right behind the ballast (mounted on outside). I moved the ballast away from the terminals and now all the distortion is gone. Thanks for your help!
