I stripped a Samsung 512N tonight and everything went well except for the cutting of the back part of the metal frame. That part I will not be able to use. I have the white plastic section and the front part of the metal Frame. Where exactly can I use the Silicon 2 Stuff. Can I apply it to the metal frame and dirctly to the plastic section. I am unsure if that will secure it. Does it work for plastic also? Any ideas would be great?

A pic of what you have would be helpful. If it is anything like my LCD (Samsung 172MP) then you shouldn’t need silicon just put the LCD back into the metal frame and lock it into place with the modified white plastic backing.
