I know of a Dell 17" LCD model number e172fpb I can get for a song and a dance because of a intermitent bad backlight or inverter. I can't find anything in the compatible monitor list or anywhere else on or off this site. Anybody know if it has any major FFC issues? I popped the back off of it just to see if anything might be loose as far as repairing the backlight and noticed it had Benq stamped on the power supply/inverter board. I didn't go any further cause it's not mine and I'd hate be stuck with it if I broke something, especially if it has FFC issues Thanks for your time.
