I understand the new eballasts has been tweaked from its predecessor?
Can adjustments be made to the older eballast to improve performance, and is there any data available on the changes? I think I remeber reading about cementing components down for shipping reasons, and imagine firing time has been improved for certain bulbs by increasing voltage start levels and ramp up timings.

I realise that any modifications/adjustments must be made by a competent electronic power engineer with safety in mind.
