Ok well im pretty new to DIY PJ's and this is pretty much my first concept of what the projector is gonna look like..this is a top view of course..good luck trying to figure it out lol

i will be ordering the parts as soon as i sell a few more things on ebay

Tell me if there are any errors that i overlooked..besides the face that there is no ballast,fans, etc..i just wanted to figure out a light path for a folded pj that meets my needs for the place im going to put the projector.

Looks good from where I'm sitting!!
Nice drawing,too.Just make sure that you give yourself a bit of room at the reflector end for a bit of "tinkering" space!

Distances look to be accurate.

well i finally got enough money to start this project, i just bought a cmv 522a and it should be here on saturday hopefully
