Full Version: Help! Video colors are reversed
So finally everything is built and running. But when i look at video inputted from either s-video (laptop) or rca (ps1) all the colors are reversed! Black=White, White=Black, Red=Green, Green=Red, etc. What could be the problem? i checked all the connections again and they all look right. Please Help. Thanks
This is the kind of result that I'd expect to see if a polariser were changed and oriented the wrong way.
White <--> black
red <--> cyan
green <--> magenta
blue <--> yellow
If you're getting
red <--> green
yellow <--> purple
blue <--> orange
Then that's something different...
White <--> black
red <--> cyan
green <--> magenta
blue <--> yellow

so how did the polariser get changed or oriented the wrong way?
what is a polariser?
i did check lcd before i took it apart and the colors were fine
