No offense, (personally I don't care) but for the sake of the forum:
This forum is supposed to be a place to show off our projector results. Not our good looks. Theres no rule that says we can't appear in our pics but for instance, the phone, cigarette post has nothing to do with our projectors and should really just be posted in your profile or something.

I used the Benq 557 and i love the picture i get from it. I used it because in the stripping lcd monitors thread it shows you how to strip it.

It was really easy to strip too I was suprised at how easy it was.

Hey Mate,
be happy about two things.
1. you get to watch football on TV without paying $25 usd for each game.
2. crunchie bars.

Hey Ryan,
i'm also thinking about the
15" 510N, especially since i saw
Rinaldopsantos' PJ. But for a tiny bit more cash i could go for
the 17" L1730S..
I just don't know if the differences are quite noticeable between the two panels (especially screen door effect wise)... if they are not very noticeable i would prefer a smaller panel

I have been told that the 510n and 512n are the same , the 0 and 2 denote
box store retailer or other (internet) seller.

This thread has been moved from the Gallery of Completed DIY Projectors forum because it isnt a gallery of a completed projector. Far from it by the looks of it, my fellow britan!
