Are there any noticeable lumen/contast loss when using a folded design with a FS mirror compared to the regular straight shooter?
SupraGuy
I think it will all depend on build quality.

While in theory, there must be some light lost at the mirror where you have the reflection, the efficiency of an FS mirror is excellent.

Build quality will make far more difference than the mirror will. Well, unless you let the mirror get dusty. smile.gif

I believe the light loss is about 6% off a fs mirror. Supra is right about the build, you really have to make sure everything is lined up.
