Anyone try folded desire? I tying to making the one but how should I place my LCD? is still same like straigt desire? I mean LCD upside down and flipped from right to left (aim the light from front of LCD)

If there's a mirror in the light path, then the LCD is set up so that the side that used to face the backlight faces the light. If there are no mirrors then the front of the monitor faces the backlight. This is also the case if there will be an even number of mirrors inbetween the LCD and the screen.

Upside down depends on the orientation of the mirrors. If it's a horizontal fold, then it's upside down. If it's a vertical fold, then the "top" of the LCD goes towards the rear of hte projector, so that the screen would look normal if you were standing between it and the screen looking down at the LCD.
