Using the eballast and the venture bulb I notice my bulb flickers quite often.... could this be from the eballast or the bulb possibly bad?

The eballast are supposed to be flicker free as they run AC at 10,000 Hz instead of the standard 60HZ line voltage used in a standard coil ballast. So it sounds like either the bulb or ballast is defective.
