Do to the large interest in the usage of CNC Machines to build some of your projector projects, I want to let everyone know that I sell plans to build a CNC router. This project is quite feasible for the beginner and is priced reasonably as well. You can build the router according to my plans for about $1300.00 using all new materials and much less using parts found on EBAY. Cost for the plans is $35.00 and includes shipping in the lower 48 states. Over 50 pages of spiral bound step by step instructions

For more information, please take a look at my website at www.hobbytoolplans.com. If you still have more questions, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks

I have seen your website before, but 1,300 is kinda expensive for the machine, If you look into the parts you have i'm sure people can build your machine for around 800.00 or less, there are several companies offering 80/20 style chanels now and many with linear bearings to work with them, however 35.00 for the plans would prob. be worth it to have the confident of building it right, you could prob. sell more plans if you lower it to 20.00 with paypal and then e-mail when completed. and also watermark the plans company name and each serial number then send. Very easy to do with a pfd maker with watermarking and copy protection. that way you know who if anyone puts your plans out on the net.

Seeing your revised website and you offering the Cut pieces for the machine as well as the machine itself, it looks like a well built machine for people who would like a small cnc router, and using the HobbyCNC 200oz kit should make it zip right along.

I was wondering how the Linear bearing slides are working out on it, I know some people who have bought some of the 80/20 alumn. and using the slides on it and have had pieces that are not consistant in alignment and levelness and have had some binding on them, it maybe because they are using to long of pieces, I'm just not sure.
