WARNING! Whatever you do don't fire up your PJ until you are done with the build! Otherwise you won't finish. laugh.gif I almost completed mine and I thought I should fire it up and watch a movie. Have been watching movies for 2 weeks now. Still have cardboard lid and lcd wires coming out of the top. Maybe some day I will finish. It is just to awesome!

Yeeessss.

I nearly fried my LCD by trying to watch a movie on my projector before I had the cooling working properly.

Bad idea.

I have left mine in an incomplete state since I first ran it over 16 months ago. i will finally be building my second projector, and once done will go back to finish the first. I have ran my projector basically daily around 4 hours on average since, and I just can't seem to stay off it long enough to complete.

Bummer to hear about your lcd. I still haven't finished mine. Watched alot of movies though. Really the only thing missing is the lid(which I am using cardboard now) and the vga connector. I went in knowing this would be my test box so I used wood I already had laying around. I am going to start my new box here in the next week or so.

Good luck with the build and post lots of pics. biggrin.gif
