The easiest thing to do is to buy the lens kit from the Lumenlab store:

Get the pre-cut lenses. Its easy to just stick 'em together if you want to use them as you would a 'fused', but a pain in the neck to seperated them if you buy them 'fused'

The 'lens kit' is everything you need. The lenses have been separated.
