Blackout cloth from fabric store.
cheap for right now.
I tried some test materials that the Proff. sugested... and works really well.

No 1"x4" wood and just spray painted flat black.... 0.96 cents a can at lowes, the whole screen cost less than 23 dollors... Looks very good in person. with movie also.
Use this link to get discount on blackout cloth usualy around 15.00 for 3 yards or so....

hmmm i don't know maybe about 2 pounds. very light. only two screws holding it up. I have pictures 1/5 the size weighs more than this.
