I just saw these on clearance in my local Florida Target yesterday. They're marked down from $249 to $120!! I may get a couple. Might be cool to keep the DVD player buit into the projector, plus it's a motorized side loading slot.... very cool!!! good luck!

Get a PSOne screen instead. Your toys r us should have them for ~30 dollars, and they have the same size. The PSOne screens are a really high quality panel and can be used in many home projects. A DVD player can be had for about $40 and is easy to connect to the PSOne screen.

Is the name now jeffries all over the US? When did that happen? I had never heard that it was called anything other than Toys R US. Is that just what it is called in Texas?

I think that most people who are building psone projectors are using the original sony brand screen. I think that it is supposed to be the best by all accounts.

Kmart has the PSone screens on clearance for $13

I went to my local K-mart for the $13.00 PSone deal, they looked at me kinda funny and when we checked the scan it came up as $79.00! NO deal here. where are these K-Marts that are selling for $13.00?

Kmart offers the version with the console attached for $79. I picked up a few of the for $13, moments after someone returned them for $26

I think that it is time to check out K-mart and maybe I can get in a couple of these, fun screens for modifications.

I checked my local kmart and they were priced at $78. The screen + console was $79. Dissapointed.

I checked at my local K and they told me that they didn't have any and that the other area stores were sold out...

So, I called around to the other area stores and found 11 of them! I bought 9 and my buddy bought 2...not just for pjs....

These screens are darn handy for video camera monitoring, portable karaoke monitors, and still cam exposure checking. At $13 each, they're invaluable.


I'll prolly keep 5 of mine and sell off the other four to cover my costs...

Anyway, moral of the story...make sure to check all the stores individually. They might not even know what they have.

Awesome deal! Were these just back in electronics? Closest Kmart is 45 miles but worth it if I can pick up a few.

I picked up 4 of them from 2 different K-Marts in my area.

In one they were just on the shelf by the Video Game Controllers. In the other K-Mart they were on the ground behind the counter.

So I guess it's best to ask if they have any.

You guys may be my saviors!! I have torn the ribbon leading to the monitors on 2 PSONE screens and am not willing to pay another $50 for a screen!! Can somone please find one or 2 screens for me?!?!? Not one of the K-marts in my area even stock the screens anymore.
