Hey, I know this was on the orum around somewhere but I've spent almost an hour now loking for it (there are simply too many posts if you have a hard time to get a good keyword to search)

so anyway, the distance from the fresnel to the lens triplet is measured to it's center or back or what? (the guide is not specific on that)

The back lens of the triplet. If you give yourself 1" of adjustablity forward and 1" backward, it will make this less of an issue.
