i have had my projector up and running for about a year now, i have a benq 567s as a lcd and has worked fine until a couple weeks ago. i keep the whole system unpluged from the outlet when not in use but the last time i tried to use it the lcd would not come on. im not getting any light on the power button(orange or blue).
also i have my system set up in the garage with some heat. one night it did get pretty cold 35 or so and after that is when it didnt work. not sure if that was the cause. would like to fix or try to buy the 2 boards.

Hi dikemd4,

Cold can damage electronics (severe cold) including LCD's. However, if you had "some" heat in your garage it is strange that your projector's LCD electronics would just stop working.

First: Test for power.
Second: Test the fuse (You do have your system fused correct?)
Third: Check for proper grounding of your boards.
Fourth: If you wired your system together with everything try running powers cord for only the LCD power board.
Finally: Check the control button board to make sure the wire is secure and you are actually signaling the LCD to turn the power on.
