I have a referb. benq 567 v2 I received a week ago and have it hooked up to my computer to put it through its paces. I have my computer set up so the screen saver comes on then after 10 min the monitor goes into standby.

The question.

I came home from work and the light on the on off switch was blinking blue and I could not get the monitor to turn on, I pressed the power button and it wouldn't turn off or on the blue button just blinked. I unplugged the vga cord and put it on my 19" monitor and everything worked fine. I then put unplugged the benq plugged the vga back in and then plugged the power cord in. Then blue light was still blinking and the monitor still didn't kick on. I then unplugged the monitor for abot 5-7 min and it worked fine.

Is this normal or should I send it back into benq??????

Thanks

I use to have a problem like this with my old CRT monitor, it hasn't done it in awhile now though... I wouldn't send it back just yet, has the problem continued since that day?

Mine did that too. same monitor.. Cant remember why exactly. It was over a year ago.
I think it was from lost signal. Doesnt do it now.
