Hi all,

I found this product on-line and wondering if anyone used it yet. I was wondering about a 7" screen for a pj and saw that it had vga & video input and thought cool. So here is the link. If anyone has in info or review that would be great.

I saw the contrast ratio, but I thought the resolution (High resolution: High Resolution 1600 x 1200 ) was good. Is it the physical resolution I need to be worried about?

It can take a signal upto 1600x1200 but it scales it down to the LCD resolution listed of 800x480 (2400/3)

As per DiyAudio, that unit has the same innards as the strippable Lilliput many people use. As for resolution, contrast and response time...you're not really going to find better in a 7" lcd, the innovatech and lilliput are as good as it gets in that size and price category.

Now an 8" Hami lcd is a different story, decent resolution, contrast and response time (and cheaper). I'd recommend an ebay Hami lcd over the lilliput any day.

but what do i know wink.gif
