I should be finishing my Haas Style enclosure tomorrow, and I'm curious about what to use between the fresnel and roof in order to make sure the air travels past the lcd. Alsoare there any plans on making a stand keep in mind I don't have a CNC router.

have you seen Tmproff's project yet?

it's based on the Haas Design, just w/o CNC tools.

There is a picture in his plog of how he channels the air. He has grooved the dowels he uses to hold his fresnels in place and inserts pieces of 1/8 in ply as air dams. Page 14 of his plog near the bottom. I too am building his design and have built a stand. I'll see if I can figure out how to get a dimensioned picture of what I've built posted. Haas has been very responsive with plans on his design. If you asked him he might post some of his stand.

This is a side view of my stand. It is 24 " long by 14" high by 20" wide. It's made in two parts:the base which is made of 2x4's rabbeted to accept the 3/4"inch plywood bottom and ripped to 2" width, and the top which includes the plywood bottom screwed to 2 pieces of 1x12. The stand houses a drawer where my ballast, lcd and fan power supplies will reside. The projector gets attached by some threaded wooden dowels and nuts I've made using a wood threading kit. I have more pictures available if your interested but I don't want to inflict them on you if you already have an idea of what you want to build. I haven't posted any pictures here before and was using this reply hoping to be helpfull but also to learn how to post the pic. Well I obviously have some work to do the pic posted but its linked to somehting i did not intend. anybody with suggestions how to fix this?

It's 1/8" plywood that's actually inserted into the slots cut into the ends of the lens carriers. Here's a pic that Haas had laying around somewhere. The slots in the dowels that someone referred to are for the lenses, not the cooling baffles.
