Make your own quality cables by using the following miniature coax cable.
It has all one can dream about: teflon jacket, silver coated copper shield and inner conductor. I have been using this cable for video, VGA, digital audio and with 4 strands paralleled as a high quality speaker wire.

I am sure other companies also sell this for a more compatible price.
The cable is made by several different manufacturers, the general description is type RG 179/U (MIL Spec.).
