Full Version: which fuse should I get ?

I've done the search, read through a bunch of topics, I'm still confuse on what fuse value should I get.
I know I need a slow blow fuse, and that's about it. I also read couple topics saying the fuse value in the lumenlab instruction is wrong, and the fuse value should be about 6A 250v instead.

So which fuse from Radioshack should I get? I'm using the S51 ballast from atlantabulbs btw.

Why note just get a 5AMP push-to-reset fuse block and attach it to the project box next to the main switch. That way, if it blows, its a quick fix to reset it. You dont have to mess with opening up the box. wink.gif

We sell the 5a circuit breakers in the store.
