What bulb, what bulb wattage, and what type of bulb are you using now?

What type of reflector are you using now? What type of thermal / UV protection?

I've seen 1 person use anything over 400 watts, the guy w/ a 600w bulb on diyprojectorcompany. He didn't have a worklog.

That ballast is neither electronic nor pulse-start and thus incompatible with that bulb. Try to be more careful before recommending parts to others as mistakes here can be costly and time consuming wink.gif

Don't know if 1001bulbs has changed ownership lately but they're currently on LL's bad business list: http://www.lumenlab.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=296 so be wary and keep records if you order from them.

1000bulbs.com gets the big Lumenlab thumbs down.

Consistently sends wrong product.
Shipping is way too expensive and takes forever.
Customer service is awful.

The Brain says no and therefore this Lumenlabite must listen...

Thanks for the heads up sjetski71!

Though it did take 2 weeks to get my items and cost me $26 shipping, I didn't have any problems with the products from 1000bulbs.com

Baaaad Company... Avoid at all costs.
2 weeks without a phone call...called after 3 weeks, backordered.... 4 weeks.... 5 weeks... called again STILL on backorder. Threated to cancel everything if they could not have it to me in a week... almost two weeks later order shows up, with the wrong style of bulb. FUN STUFF!!
