when using the focal length calculator should the focal length be put in at 12.5984" for the standard lens? also when you are calculating the picture size is the projected image dimension a diagonal measurement or a width?

I'm sure this has been covered...
Focal length is what it is... Convert from mm to inches.
Image size is what you measure as your source size. If you measured diagonal, you get diagonal. If you measure height, you get height. If you measure length... you get the idea.
