What's the CFM rating on those fans? I'm using 80mm fans and anything with that Db rating had way too little flow. Unless they can pull 45 CFM each you might have to plan for a possible third fan.
Good Luck with your projector!

The rating on the panaflo fans are 24 cfm. You are right they probally are a bit weak. I have a few fans sitting around from that I can use if needed. I'll post updates on how they work.

I have something that resembles a projector built and somewhat working. I have one shot of the image, which is quite a bit darker, then it is in person. I will post pic's of the projector later. The results are not too impressive but it was due to a bad build. I am going to rebuild the box shortly and move everything over to the new one. I ended up asking someone else to help with the box. What I didn’t know is that he cannot do woodworking. Here is a shot I took earlier this week. My roommate still has my camera’s tripod so the picture is not very good.

Almost a year later finally got around to working on my projector again. I fixed up the previous box I was using and added some better fans. The old ones were quite weak and could not keep the box cool. I still have some additional work to do but it is actually usable now.
All pics taken 1 sec exposure, a 5, iso 100

Here is one more of Bram Stokers Dracula. Could not find my tripod, and this is the only pic that turned out ok.
