Anyone can help me out which monitor should I pick up?
My friend computer shop has those models followed. I want to gather the information which one has most compatibility of DIY projector (FFC issue?, Easy to strip?) All lists below are not in compatible list that forum suggest.

-> Samsung 152N
-> Samsung 172S
-> Samsung 173B
-> Samsung 173S
-> Samsung 710N
-> Samsung 1701MP
-> Samsung 173V

I really appreciate if anyone reply regarding for this matter. => expriences or other post information will be very helpful to me to choose monitor.

I already looked at that list but none of monitor are matched as my accessable buying list. That's why I need you guys information from someone who had an experience strip most of samusung LCD.
Or the way how and where I possibly find those information?

If im not mistaken the 710N is a 17" and you would need the new pro lenses for that (quite expensive)

I believe tim is using that panel

ltn 1565 (s)model lcd tv- fantastic lcd. If it says (t) it has a toshiba screen and lots of ffc problems. As for the ones you listed, if they are not in the compatable list we don't know.

I think most of the samsungs should be compatible, I would just buy the cheapest one with decent specs.
