A little while back i was taking we were takeing out a fresnle mount with a power screwdriver and it spun the mount really hard into the top corner of the lcd! the lcd still works and the crack isnt very big (less then an inch) but it made a strip about a inch high all the way across the top of the lcd that now dosent work (shows up really wierd) anywho, i used my nvidia drivers to resize it to 1024*588 and moved the image to the right spot with powerstrip. the only problem is that even though i can see the whole image now, i can still see below it the damgaged line of the lcd. when i resize the image it basicaly cuts off about an inch from the bottom of the lcd (top of the image) and then i move the image down an inch (into that unused space) what i would like to do (and maby someone here will know how) is to have the program cut an inch of the TOP of the lcd, that way it would get rid of the messed up part. anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

Thanks in advance,

I would just count myself lucky that the LCD still mostly works, and save up for another one.
