could someone please guide me into the right direction as to what dimensions my box should be?

I purchased the
-1005 S15 Lens Kit
-1022 S400DD Ultimate Light Kit
-CMV CT-529 15" LCD
-two 120mm 12v fans
-a 12 volt power supply

if i use the dimensions outlined in the plans will i be good to go?
