hmmm, kind of reminds me of a snake oil salesman. My advice to my customers, ( Im in the satellite television field ) has always been to first use a simple chair from the kitchen and start by sitting it where you think it looks good and then sit down and get a feel for how well the screen looks to you. Make your adjustments acordingly by moving left right and fore and back until you find that sweet spot and then put the barco right there making your final tweeks to your satisfaction.
Everyones eyesite varies so one persons 6ft 4in zone will be another mans eyesore because he likes a spot at 7ft 10in due to an eye glass correction or maybe just a a better feel. A good example is the movie theaters, take a group of 10 people with you and tell them to sit where they think is the best spot to get a maximum viewing experience and envariably most will sit in diferent area's.
