Newegg.com says they don't accept orders via snail mail. Online only. I don't have a credit card. Anyone know where else or how else I can get one?

Got a relative or friend with a Credit Card? give them the cash, then have them order it through newegg for you...

You can also get those disposable credit cards. I haven't used them, but I think you just put so much money on them and then you can use them like a regular credit/debit card. I was under the impression that you can get them at some gas stations.

Does this monitor work for this project? It is on the incompatible list?

I ordered a CMV CT-529a (same specs as 522 but is on the compatible list and the price is the same) from www.icuepc.com last week. Don't know if they take money orders. I haven't received the monitor yet but I was impressed with the website and follow up.
