This is the enclosure from my decommissioned Puzzle projector, in which I used both 9" and 10.6" LCDs. Nothing larger will fit.
Assembled, it looks like this, with the exception that the middle part of undercarriage is now black and the lens hole is cut for a 14" Beseler (see ** note below).

Some pertinent details:
- Focus box mounted on an OHP arm, adjustable with the knob.
- Adjustable and lockable angle/tilt.
- "Hidden" compartment below for hiding wires and ballast, space permitting.
- High quality aluminum t-rails that mount in precut slots allow for fully adjustable light box and LCD sleds (really helps with tweaking distances), plus the knobs and t-bolts.
- Lid slides off for easy access
Included bonuses:
-4 precut fresnels of varying focal lengths (220, 330, ~600, and one more I think). Although these could be used for final projection, they are not pristine and probably best used for testing and tweaking.
-Brand new in box 150w/4000k projection lamp (for use with G12 base).
-DPST switch.
-Two 120mm fan guards for precut holes in the back of the projector
For all this I am only asking $75. The rub is that the enclosure kit is not light and will likely run $50 to ship, unless you are close enough to Richmond, VA to arrange a pickup.
Caveats:
-No ballasts, lcd sleds, light boxes, or projection lenses included.
-This will come disassembled. Assembly is a piece of cake but understand that this is not some production line "Tescorp" product.
-This is not flawless. There are a couple of small slots cut in the enclosure which allowed for routing of wires in my usage. They may or may not be needed for your usage, but could be easily filled with wood filler.
-Some further sanding will be required before finishing to really make this box look its best.
- ** The lens hole in the focus box is currently cut for a 14" Beseler, but I will include an "adapter ring" (see first photo) that will allow you to use an inexpensive OHP lens.
