Hi All
First of all, I would like to thank all Lumenlab admin, members for sharing their projector logs.
I started with my projector, inspired by a video in youtube, and started looking for accessories. Major issue was the lenses, I could mange to get them somehow.
Here are the list
1. 10.1'' LCD monitor with AV, VGA, Ant inputs from Diera Dubai (USD 85)
2. OHP single lens, fresnels from scrap shop in Sharjah(USD 10)
3. 250 watt MH with ballast from Dragon mart Dubai (USD 60)
4.12v fan, cables, glue, solder, and all other from local store- Dubai (USD 20)
5. Reflector (kitchen kadai )from Lulu supermarket- Dubai
6. Wooden box from a broken cabinet.
7. lens barrel from broken PVC valve


First, I started stripping LCD TV. It was pretty easy.

I insrted the singlet OHP lens inside the threded PVC coupling; So image can be focused by just turning the outer ring.

HI all
No I recieved my fresnels and triplets from china, So I can go ahead with my 2nd project with 15'' LCD. Now I have to find out a carpenter to cut ply wood into my specifications.
Could anyone suggest me where I can find better disigns for PJ's

I am intersted in straight throw designs.
