This is the parts i am thinking about for my pj project...
This is the first build and I am wondering if this is any good?
And I am thinking of a horizontal fold
triplet 345mm
fresnels 320mm and 220mm
Lightbox with precondenser and Mirror
180w bulb and 180w ELE-ballast
12v3A power
8cm Fan
HDMI controller with remote
TOSHIBA 12.1 lcd LTD121EX1S

looks good only thing id say im not 100% sure what usa is like but a 250w light packafge is way easyier 2 find
and id be tempted to go a single 12cm fan a 8cm will either to loud and not enough cfm (i tend to find smaller fans have higher rpm)
how ever in sure there are hi cfm low noise dans available but they will be expensive
