Let me begin by saying that I have owned leather seating before and I loved it. That is, until I moved to Florida. With the year-round heat and humidity, I found myself no longer enjoying my leather sofa. Even in an air conditioned home, I would find myself sticking to the leather or slipping and sliding due to all of the sweat I was producing. When the time came to build our theater room, I refused to go with big, bulky leather seating. Aside from our limited space, I did not feel it was worth it to sweat and stick to my seat (if I wanted that, I would just spend the $9.00 and go to the regular movie theater). We finally decided to go the classic theater chair route.

I'll be honest, I was a little apprehensive. I would go to the movie theater and squirm in my seat through the whole movie totally unable to get comfortable. I could not be happier with the seats we purchased. They recline, they're ultra comfortable, and they even came with those trays that connect to the cup holders so I no longer have to have my popcorn in my lap. Above all, I no longer stick to my seat or sweat through a whole movie. I totally recommend traditional theater seats instead of big, bulky leather seats. biggrin.gif
