i have got a ohp projector working but wanted to make it look nicer and fit in
i have made a screen if is 4:3 , 1.8m:1.2m
the throw is 3m

Take the stuff from your OHP and build it into a box.

Once you've done that, you can start looking at upgrading the light engine (if required) maybe chaning out the fresnels for a split design with some keystone correction, and further tweaking things.

ok i will use my ohp but i would like to get a brighter bulb
where can i get a bulb about 300W (i know they dont make them) but as closes as possible
i am running a 300 W halogen bulb i can do the wiring my self

would this bulb work
with this Ballast

is anything else needed

A 150W MH lamp will be brighter than your 300W halogen, so the 250W will be signifigantly brighter.

Yes, that lamp and ballast combo would work. The lamp (Being a T15 form factor) will also work with the LL pro reflector.

thanks i got a 250 w e ballast from local

in my ohp i have a precon , 2 fs mirrors , a hot mirror and 2 240v fans, Fresnel and triplet

is any type of base better than others

how would a 10K bulb look

how would i find the focal of the Fresnel, mesure the distance between the triplet and fresnel, and then between the Fresnel and (precon or lamp?)

edit: i just ordered the pro reflector

10000k is getting yellow, search for hydroponic shops they list full lamps specs and will have 1 2 suit.

if still no luck i can find u one.

ps that bulb will do for tesing but u do really need a better bulb

that would b a ok bulb depending on shape

but i got my last one off teh shelf at a small cnw store, as they tend to keep ones close to sun colour other wise at night if its 2 yellow red will look brown and dark blue is black.

which is bad for security eg u cant call teh copys saying there was a guy in a brown shirt drivinga black car.
