Ok basicly my specs are as follows
all from diyprojectorkits http://www.lumenlab.com/store/index.ph...;products_id=34

triplet 450mm focusing unit
lens 220/550mm units 400x320 size

ok ibe got from triplet back 51cm triplet to 1 lens
2cm between lens's
22cm from 2nd lens to bulb

= 75cm + 10cm bulb to back of case
total 85cm will this be enough

im also going to mount lens on a from 1cm wider all round so my internal dimensions are 42x34cm x 85cm

also for air gaps for cooling i will just router under the sleads. ill use 19mm mdf and router out 10mm giving 1cm of a airgap.

now this mioght sound stupid but what size are teh 15.4" lcd only the screen so i can make them sleds as well

so i can order timber asap can some one please do me a cut list for 19mm mdf and 16mdf as some times they dont have the other.

i used to have a program to do it but i cant find it sad.gif

hi,
the lcd
is it 4:3 or 16:9?

this is the size on the screen

16:9
19.17705865 H
34.09254871 W

3:4
23.4696 H
31.2928 W

i believe biggrin.gif

edit:
it will be a bit larger due to the boarder around and this will vary from model to model

lcd is 16:10

Size is 344.5max(W) x 222.5max (H) but that does not say viewable area or mountibg size ect
